I've always shopped at advance and we just moved to the area. After finding the Columbia store was the closest to us we headed there for a belt for our lawn mower. It was a L488, we've had to return it several times because they either seemed stretched out or wasn't with the right sleeve so it was wrong. There was no GM there at the time and I've seen on numerous occasions the women working were either sitting on the counters, eating up front or looked at us and walked off so one of the male employees would help us. We called last week to see if they had the belt in stock and were told that wasn't even one of their parts. It's a dayco belt and I know for a fact they carry them. Then we hear them questioning the males about the part and then coming back to the phone about 5 minutes later to tell us they didn't have it. I was in there last week as well checking on the same belt and the woman working was eating up front and waited a good 3 minutes before coming over to help me. While I was in there I saw the new GM chatting with a few customers (one of which lit up a cigarette right in the store!!!!) I'm not pleased with this store what so ever and we have decided to go elsewhere or go to the russell springs store which is out of our way. But after the treatment, lack of professionalism, rudeness of the employees, disregard for others health and opinions we will never be back at this store unless absolutely necessary.
